About Martin Eiler
During the past ten (10) years, I have designed and developed hundreds of rich internet applications, for clients in various industries like pharmaceutical, real estate, construction, government, travel, retail, insurance, amusement, banking and finance, and I possess actual business knowledge on a strategic level in most of the industries mentioned above.
I have been doing consultancy work for a large range of both small family owned start-ups to multinational corporations including Audi, Novo Nordisk, Kuoni travels, Universal music, and also large Danish companies like, Yousee, The Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR), MT Højgaard, Danbolig, and finally work for government ministries like the Danish ministry of foreign affairs and the Danish ministry of finance.
For the last couple of years I have mostly been working as team lead/lead developer. I am a member of the Adobe Influencer program (A group of the most skilled and noticeable developers appointed be Adobe). I have also been speaking at Microsoft’s Mix and ReMix conferences for a couple of years, primarily when I was hired by Microsoft to introduce Silverlight technology in Denmark to developers and agencies across the country.
I have been developing applications based on a variety of platforms, like MOSS, Sitecore, Interwoven, Episerver, but I am also familiar with open-source platforms like Drupal and Joomla and WordPress.
I am currently looking for large scale rich internet application projects. 1000 hours+, as team lead, architect or at CTO level.
